He does not have any money
He does not own a house
He is quite noisy sometimes
Can be more humble than a mouse
He does not have a flashy car
Yet he is the centre of your life
Like it or not
He is the centre of your life
He is there always waiting
Trusting and with the warmest heart
He knows he will always have enough
Yet no one tells him about it
He is not famous and does not have a million youtube likes
He is not on Facebook as such
Yet he is still there waiting for you to come home
Sleep, food and play are the centre of his life

Being More Then Enough Being So Worthy......

 

 

 Even before I knew you
You were more than enough
Times were hard
Times were tough
You took the good with the bad
Sometimes middling through
You took the good with bad
That was really you
The knowing how to cope
Having to see things
Things you did not like
Sometimes you would have told them
Them go an take a hike
You crossed the whole of Spain
In the times of Franco
He was still there then

To be able to get a lift
To go an see me in Mallorca
Without a penny almost in your pocket
If they had could you out of bounds
You might have been in Jail for years
As you were doing Military Service
Only on leave for a week
You were not supposed to out of Navarra
So the risk you took
Was huge very big
Together for four whole days
You are an always were more than enough.

Nuff said if you were in the Mili an tried to leave the province when you were supposed to stay in the same place you could have blown it big big time.
But he took that risk as I was on holiday in Mallorca neither of us knew whether he could have got there it took bravery an courage dodging the Spanish Guardia Civil Police of then very strict no forgivingness none of that.
Right then you could have been in Military Jail for a good many years.

Moving Out Of Resistance Emotional Resistance That Is....xxx

 Boy what times we are in.
Strugglin a bit with a mood
A mood that is persistant
Gettin through you that mood
Brings up some resistance
Like your inner conversation

So I use a bit of Eft tappin an a bit of Faster Eft mixed
Mixed together
Also breathing in as deep
As deep as I can get
No straining
Don´t force your resistance to go away
I listen to Brad Yates (Tapping with Brad)
It does not make the mood go away altogether
But it can help alleviate
Quite a lot it can help
He has a lot of wisdom
At first it might not make too much sense
But most of us are only human
When it comes to sittin on the fence
