He shrugged his shoulders
All the tractors protestin about what is going on
Most of the drivers were tolerant
As they were slowed right down
In his "street worn clothes"
He went an wrapped himself away
Away from all the fuss
He does and did not care
About what is in the world out there
His home is a blanket
One of those old wool made ones from before
The base are cardboard boxes
He shies away from people
He sleeps during the day
Comes out at night
When there is no one around
He is real
She has seen him an others have too
Yet she does not know who can reach him
Or what others can do
Yet she feels he is as worthy as anyone else
